The personal data provided by the User will be processed by the data controller Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A., with its registered office at via Cavalieri Ducati n. 3, Bologna, Italy (hereafter "Ducati"), by the data processor Kirio Comunicazione S.r.l., with its registered office at via Matteotti n. 21, Bologna, Italy, and by the other subjects specially appointed by Ducati using prevalently computerized and telematics methods, in compliance with the provisions of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 - Personal Data Protection Code, for the following purposes:

(i) to allow the User registration and her/his authorized access to the reserved area of the Ducati website, to supply the respective services as provided in the relevant terms and conditions, to allow the performance of the contract between Ducati and the User and all the related activities and obligations, included the personalized information service, and for statistical investigations in anonymous format. Only for the above-mentioned purposes your personal data may be communicated by Ducati to companies of the Ducati group, to Ducati subsidiary companies, to companies having a contractual relationship with Ducati or to companies part of the Ducati sales network (such as branches, importers, dealers, distributors, garages), even established outside European Union, and in this case these subjects will process data only for the above-mentioned purposes; data will be brought to data processors and persons in charge of the processing knowledge designated by Ducati and by aforesaid companies. Data provided by the User during the registration process may be checked with other data in Ducati's lawful possession as provided by the User in other circumstances. To activate specific services functions, and for the whole duration of these services, the site will use the i.e. cookies (file sent from the site's server to the User's browser). The User will be free to choice to be informed of the use of cookies or to limit their use through the specific function available in the Ducati website or to block the use of cookies by modifying the relative options on her/his browser. In this case, some of the website features may not work properly and some of the services may result not available. The personal data will not be disseminated;

(ii) to allow Ducati to fulfill market searches and customer satisfaction surveys. Only to these purposes your personal data may be communicated by Ducati to companies of the Ducati group, to Ducati subsidiary companies, to companies having a contractual relationship with Ducati (such as market research and data processing companies) or to companies part of the Ducati sales network (such as branches, importers, dealers, distributors, garages), even established outside European Union, and in this case these subjects will process data only for the above-mentioned purposes; data will be brought to data processors and persons in charge of the processing knowledge designated by Ducati and by said companies. The personal data will not be disseminated.

Providing your data for the purposes of point (i) is voluntary, i.e. it's not required by the law, but it's necessary to complete the registration process, to conclude and to perform the related contract. In default of providing the data indicated as "compulsory" in the registration form the consequence will be that you won't be allowed to complete the registration process and to conclude the related contract.

Providing your data for the purposes of point (ii) is voluntary, i.e. it's not required by the law: in default of providing the data for these purposes the only consequence will be the impossibility to be contacted by Ducati to fulfill market searches and customer satisfaction surveys
